Guided by a consistent design methodology, we deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and the communities who experience our spaces.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Project Architect / Associate with strong Health + Science sector experience to join our Melbourne or Sydney studio and contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful projects.This role is suited to an experienced architect who is confident leading projects through all stages, from concept and design development through to documentation and construction delivery.
You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams while providing leadership and direction across projects.We are seeking someone who brings a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes.
Strong technical capability is essential, including advanced Revit proficiency and the ability to oversee the production of coordinated and comprehensive documentation packages.General DutiesContribute to client briefings, workshops, concept design and design developmentLead and deliver projects across all stages, including concept design, documentation and construction administrationManage a portfolio of projects and provide leadership to project teams in collaboration with PartnersCoordinate and communicate effectively with clients,



consultants and external stakeholdersSupport the development and mentoring of team membersPrepare and communicate design outcomes using a range of tools including Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop and VR platformsAbout YouYou are a registered architect with strong experience across design, documentation and construction delivery, particularly within the Health + Science sector.
You understand the complexity and detail required for healthcare environments and are confident working with the AusHFG, dRofus and consultant-led project teams.To be successful in this role, you will bring:Advanced Revit capabilityMinimum 8 years' architectural experience, including significant Health sector project experienceProven ability to deliver projects from briefing through to completionExperience collaborating with Project Managers, consultants and multidisciplinary teamsSound knowledge of the NCC/BCA and relevant building regulations and standardsStrong design development and construction detailing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independentlyRendering and visualisation capabilities will be highly regardedWhat is on Offer?
