About the Role:We are seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join a leading occupational rehabilitation provider in Melbourne, VIC.
In this role you will draw upon your extensive experience to develop and promote injury management strategies across the state of Victoria.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid arrangement 3 days per week in the Melbourne CBD office and 2 days remote.Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver effective return to work strategiesCoordinate and oversee rehabilitation, injury management and return to work activitiesAct as an expert in Workers Compensation and Injury Management policies and proceduresProvide injury management leadership across the state of VictoriaParticipate in case management strategies, workplace assessments, modifications and job redesignAttend claims review meetings and contribute to quality assurance and service improvementsBenefits:$120,000 per annum + superannuation (inclusive of travel)Hybrid arrangement, 3 days in the Melbourne CBD office,
2 days remoteFull-time positionNon-clinical chance to use your clinical and rehabilitation knowledgeLeadership role with statewide impactAbout You:Relevant Allied Health tertiary qualifications and full registrationMinimum 5 years' experience in injury management or return to work positionsSignificant occupational rehabilitation industry experienceProven experience coaching and training on return to work and rehabilitation programsProven experience managing complex and serious injury claimsProven experience in risk management and injury prevention strategiesDemonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic portfolio managementCustomer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreementsDemonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolioStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing othersAdvanced knowledge of workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislationCurrent and valid Australian driver's licenceEligible to work permanently in AustraliaAbout Us:MediRecruit is Australia's premier boutique recruitment destination for medical practitioners and healthcare candidates.
