We are recruiting 5x experienced Voice Pickers to join a well-established and high-performing Distribution Centre in Dandenong South.
These positions suit candidates with demonstrated voice picking experience, as well as a robust background operating electric tuggers safely and efficiently in a DC environment.Hours: Start between 5am - 6amPayrate: $*****Key Responsibilities:As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include:Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-directed picking systemBuild, stack, and shrink-wrap pallets to a high standardSafely operate electric tuggers and wave riders throughout the warehouseReplenish stock and ensure pick locations remain fully stockedSupport day-to-day warehouse operations and team activitiesMaintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused work environmentWork efficiently to achieve performance and accuracy KPIsAbout You:To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:Minimum 2 years' experience in a voice picking environmentProven experience operating electric tuggers/wave ridersStrong attention to detail with a high level of picking accuracyReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
