Regional Australia Bank, now joined with Summerland Bank, is looking for a Customer Advisor Relief to support branches across the Northern Rivers.Job DescriptionAbout the roleIn this role, you'll:Provide frontline relief support across our Lismore, Nimbin and Bangalow branchesHelp customers with everyday banking, enquiries, transactions, account opening and digital banking supportBuild strong customer relationships and support local branch teamsOccasionally travel to Kingscliff and Elanora/The Pines where requiredWork independently while maintaining high service, accuracy and compliance standardsWhat makes this role great?
