Speech Pathologist & Occupational Therapists Current Graduate Program ****Melbourne, Australia | Posted on 20/08/2026We're looking for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.RequirementsAs a Speech Pathologist :Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skillsWork with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the communityDeliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubsComplete assessments, AT recommendations and reportsCollaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplinesUse great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simpleAs an Occupational TherapistAssessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilitiesWorking within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagementAssisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)Timely documentation & report writingManaging a varied caseloadMeeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required)Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients,
