Blue Edge Bakery is a family owned and operated business that provides fresh bread and bakery offerings 7 days per week (closed 25,26 December) to the local Bicheno community, and beyond.
We have a strong cafe and coffee trade which compliments the bakery side of things.
We also have a healthy and growing wholesale trade to many restaurants, cafes and hotels.
This is also very important to us.All-rounder position available - Hospitality/cooking/coffee making background an advantage but not essential.Bicheno is a beautiful town on the spectacular east coast of Tasmania, cradled between Douglas-Apsley National Park and Freycinet National Park.
