My Guardian is seeking a motivated Client Intake Officer to join our Queensland team.
You will be the key contact for prospective clients and their families, guiding them through intake and decision-making, with a focus on face-to-face engagement.Work with the QLD BDM team to convert enquiries into clients, manage referrals via My Aged Care and NDIS portals, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting care delivery.
