Integration Business Analyst - eCommerceWe're seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major eCommerce re-platform program, supporting a critical integration stream focused on broader digital commerce capabilities.This is a hands-on chance for a Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys working across both business and technology teams.
You'll partner closely with stakeholders, architects, developers and vendors to define requirements, document integrations, support delivery and help ensure successful outcomes across a complex ecosystem.This is an initial 6 month contract based in Melbourne with an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile digital transformation initiative that will have significant business impact.This is: what you'll doLead requirements gathering activities across business and technology stakeholdersFacilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define future-state processes and solution outcomesDocument business requirements, system dependencies and integration requirementsCreate process maps, business workflows and detailed functional documentationDevelop integration specifications, interface requirements and data mapping artefactsCollaborate with architects, developers and implementation partners to ensure solution alignmentSupport delivery teams through requirements refinement, testing activities and go-live readinessMaintain traceability between requirements, solution design, testing and delivery outcomesIdentify and manage risks, dependencies,



gaps and opportunities across workstreamsDrive high-quality documentation and delivery artefacts within JIRA, Confluence and related platformsThis is: what you'll needExtensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large-scale digital transformation programsStrong background delivering eCommerce, retail or digital commerce initiativesProven experience creating integration specifications, interface documentation and data mappingsStrong understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns and distributed systemsExperience working with composable commerce environments and modern digital ecosystemsExceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentationExperience collaborating with architects, developers, QA teams, product owners and vendorsStrong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent attention to detailProficiency across JIRA, Confluence, Miro, SharePoint and Microsoft 365Experience with Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft or Azure Integration ServicesExposure to commercetools, Contentstack, Bloomreach or similar platformsExperience within MACH-based architecturesMulti-brand or multi-site commerce implementation experienceThis is: the perksJoin a large-scale eCommerce transformation program with significant business visibilityWork across modern integration technologies and composable commerce platformsInfluence solution outcomes across business and technical teamsGain exposure to complex enterprise integration delivery within a high-performing environment
