Free onsite parking availableCanberra team environment : Work closely with our logistics, warehouse, sales and operations teamsABOUT THE ROLEAs our Scheduling Officer, you will support day-to-day operations by coordinating sales orders, deliveries and promotional activity from order entry through to warehouse execution.
Reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager, this role will suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Warehouse teams to help keep customer orders moving smoothly and accurately.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales orders and order flowProcess daily sales orders for basic and promotional activitiesCreate deliveries and shipments to support customer delivery windowsCommunicate incoming order details, incomplete orders and system errors to relevant teamsManage and clean up old sales orders, discrepancies and reservation ordersCreate and manage orders using Excel upload functionalityDelivery and warehouse schedulingProcess and communicate the daily delivery monitor reportRelease work to the warehouse and schedule workflow across departmentsMonitor delivery errors, RFMonitor workload, pre-dated deliveries and replenishmentsLiaise with warehouse teams on urgent deliveries,



inventory needs and delivery issuesSupport pick difference reporting and inventory adjustments with guidance from the Inventory ControllerPromotional activity and administrationMaintain the shared promotional tracking spreadsheet and support monthly promotional activity commitmentsProcess promotional transactions and add material functions as requiredLiaise with the Sales Promotions Administrator and Customer Logistics Manager on promotional activity issuesCreate and update procedures relevant to the roleAssist with filing, archiving and other office duties as neededABOUT YOUTechnical Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in administration, ideally supporting warehouse operations through scheduling, resource planning, and workload coordinationStrong analytical and numerical mindset with excellent attention to detailHigh-level keyboard and data entry skillsStrong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills for workforce scheduling, workload planning, reporting, and operational analysis, together with proficiency in Outlook and other business systemsSAP knowledge preferredAdvanced reporting and analytical capability using Power BI an advantageHigh School Certificate or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification desirablePersonal AttributesHighly organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing requirementsStrong work ethic with visible energy, pace and a sense of urgencyComfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressureA genuine team player who builds strong relationships across the distribution centre and broader organisationFlexible and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach to changing prioritiesClear and confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships and effectively managing stakeholder expectations across multiple teamsApplicants must have full Australian working rights.With the greatest respect, CVs will not be accepted from recruitment agencies at this time.
