With over 15 years of industry experience and operations in Mount Isa and Townsville, they are supported by experienced diesel fitters, field service technicians, and support teams.With a reputation for quality workmanship and customer service, the business continues to invest in its people, operations, and long-term growth.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to lead and support the Parts Team in Mount Isa, ensuring parts availability, inventory accuracy,



and a high standard of service to internal and external customers.Reporting directly to the Mount Isa Branch Manager, responsibilities include:Maintaining accurate stock levels across parts, consumables, and critical sparesManaging stock ordering cycles and coordinating timely procurement with suppliersBuilding strong relationships with suppliers and OEMs to support service levelsEnsuring parts availability for workshop, field service, and customer requirementsSupervising, mentoring, training, and onboarding Parts Interpreters and StorepersonsMaintaining safe parts handling, storage, transport, and disposal practicesIdentifying and implementing improvements across inventory systems, stock control, and reportingAbout YouYou have:3-5 years' experience in a parts or warehouse supervisory roleExperience using parts distribution or inventory software (e.g., Unleashed)Solid Microsoft 365 skills and confidence with inventory systemsStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and support team membersExcellent organisation, attention to detail, and time managementStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWarehouse, stores, or logistics qualifications are preferred.
Knowledge of mining, heavy equipment, or industrial parts is highly advantageous.What's in it for You?
