Specialising in providing equipment, parts, service and rentals across local and regional branches throughout the State.Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, you will represent Cavpower Parts and Service department in a sales capacity and promote all parts throughout the business.
You will provide high quality service to all customers quickly, efficiently and in a friendly and qualified manner.Key responsibilities of the role;Provide advice to customers for more complex enquiriesProvide quotation to customersSupport and advise customers on warranty enquiriesProcess part returns and provide refunds/credits through BpointProcess hose builds through DBS as requiredProcess internal and external customer enquiries, orders and quote requestsAnswer and respond to all phone calls and emailsCalculate,
