You will be comfortable working alone or with your team, and you will love chatting with guests, assisting them with any questions or needs they might have.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsure the property always looks its best, inside and outEmbrace the cleaning challenge, sprucing up both indoor and outdoor public areas (including pool, gym and shared bathrooms) to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standardsEagerly stepping in to support room attendants with room cleaning and linen removal as neededExpertly handle specialised equipment and chemicals with safety in mindOffering help to guests with inquiries and security matters, and collaborating with different departments to accomplish tasksBe the eyes and ears for our maintenance and guest services teams, reporting any issues promptly, from maintenance problems, to damaged equipment and missing itemsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role (as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant)
