An exciting chance has arisen for an Induction & Training Administrator to join the team at HILLS TANKERS in Beresfield NSW.
This is a full-time position that will play a key role in coordinating the company's induction and training programs.What you'll be doingManaging and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificatesPlanning ahead so that Employees Trainings, Medicals and Inductions are completed before expiringOnboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down timeManaging phone and email enquiries from internal and external clientsScheduling and facilitating ongoing training sessions for employeesTracking training attendance and completionProviding administrative support for the training functionEnsuring all training records and documentation are accurately maintainedIdentifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training programWhat we're looking forStrong ability to prioritise,
