Overseeandcoordinatethecleaningofallkitchenareasandequipmentinaccordancewiththehotel'sFoodSafetyandHACCPstandards
Superviseanin-house/outsourcedstewardingteam,ensuringalignmentwithRitz-Carlton brand standards and operational excellence
Create and manage breakage reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to reduce loss
Keepthoroughrecordsandreportsforauditandcompliancepurposes,ensuringreadinessforinternalandexternalinspections
Championsafechemicalhandling,WHScomplianceandfoodsafetypracticeswithinstewardingoperations

Collaborate with Culinary and Engineering teams to ensure all back-of-house areas and equipment are clean, functional, and service-ready
