Job Description
We are establishing a sterile compounding operation at Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood, preparing treatments for patients referred by clinical teams across anti-ageing, performance, and regenerative medicine.
We are looking for an accredited Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to take ownership of this operation end-to-end.
You will complete any further establishment work required and manage and grow it as volume scales.
This is a management role from day one.
It will suit a pharmacist who wants to own the space as though it were their own, is comfortable working to deadlines, and wants to build a team around them and take on opportunities for growth.
Sterile Compounding Pharmacist – Manager (Permanent Full time)
The immediate priority: establishment and go-live
Ensure a complete sterile compounding SOP suite across every product platform (sterile injections, nasal sprays, creams and topicals, capsules, troches, oral liquids and powders)
Ensure qualified raw material supply chain across both channels,
domestic and international suppliers, including TGA/GMP evidence, import requirements and COA verification
Ensure the Quality Management System is up-to-date to reflect supplier channels: approved supplier list, supplier approval procedure, change control, and document register
Cleanroom setup, equipment qualification, validation and calibration
Set / review BUD and stability parameters, and ensure a defined the raw material testing regime
Drive the operation to go-live on schedule
Ongoing: run, manage and grow the operation
Prepare sterile compounded products in line with prescriptions issued by referring doctors
Ensure full compliance with TGA, PSA, and Pharmacy Board of Australia standards, including PSA Professional Practice Standards for compounding and relevant USP standards where applicable (e.g. USP
