You will manage labor allocation, lead meetings, assign tasks and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
The role includes variable shift patterns of four days on, three days off, including weekends.
Responsibilities include tracking hours, coaching staff, ensuring SOP compliance, and driving safety and operational excellence initiatives to meet daily production goals.
