Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Funding Business Partner to ensure optimal AN-ACC funding for residents across our Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Hervey Bay homes by auditing care documentation and collaborating with home staff and stakeholders.
You will travel across our Queensland portfolio, maintain an AN-ACC assessment schedule, and provide advice to homes to keep care records up to date, compliant with funding rules and regulations.
