CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ALL-ROUNDERS – EXCAVATOR OPERATORSSouth East Queensland | Long-Term Civil Projects | Temp-to-Perm OpportunitiesWyn & Co is currently working with multiple well-established civil construction clients who are seeking experienced Civil Construction All-Rounders to join ongoing projects across Brisbane's Northern suburbs.
We are looking for experienced Excavator Operators who are also confident with concreting, labouring and finishing works and are keen to build on their experience within civil construction.
Rates are based on experience, with penalties, Super and overtime paid weekly.
These are long-term, ongoing positions, with temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.
ABOUT THE ROLES: Successful candidates will have solid civil construction experience and be capable of working across excavation, concreting and general civil duties.To be considered, you will have:3+ years' excavator operating experience on civil construction projects - in particular, seawalls and boat ramps,
would be desirable.Relevant RII tickets/licencesProven experience operating excavators using GPS – Trimble and/or Topcon.Experience using multiple excavator attachmentsFinal trim and detailed excavation experience highly desirableAbility to collaborate effectively with operators, trades and labourersProven concreting experience, including:Reading plansSetting formwork/timbersPlacing reinforcement/reoAssisting with concrete poursConcrete finishingExperience working in beach and tidal environments is highly desirableStrong understanding of workplace health and safety guidelinesReliable, respectful, and team-oriented attitudeWhite Card and relevant tickets/licencesReliable transport and your own required PPEImmediate availabilityWHAT'S ON OFFER:Long-term, ongoing civil projectsWork across Northern BrisbaneCompetitive hourly rates based on experiencePenalty rates and overtime paid weeklyOpportunity for temp-to-perm employmentConsistent work with established civil construction companiesAdditional informationGet paid great rates - weekly!
