Youth Empowered Towards Independence (YETI) in Cairns Far North Queensland is seeking a dedicated Case Manager with experience in Family Support.
You will join a team delivering therapeutic case management, crisis intervention, and outreach to vulnerable young people and families with complex needs and trauma backgrounds.
The role requires understanding of harm minimisation, de‐escalation skills, and the ability to work empathetically with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
