You will coach a small team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste management, and you will roster daily tasks to ensure smooth operations across locations.
The role requires flexibility to work across early mornings, days, late nights and weekends, with a focus on maintaining hygiene and customer service standards in a busy retail workplace.
