The Role
We are seeking an experienced Parking Officer to undertake proactive parking patrols and respond to community complaints across the municipality.
You will be responsible for:
Conducting regular parking patrols across the municipality
Monitoring compliance with relevant road rules and legislation
Issuing parking infringements and notices where required
Responding to parking complaints and customer enquiries
Accurately recording inspections and enforcement activity
Engaging professionally with members of the community
About You
Previous Parking Officer, Local Laws or compliance experience within local government
Knowledge of the Road Safety Act and Road Rules
Robust communication and conflict-resolution skills
Confidence working independently in the field
A current Victorian Driver's Licence
