Job Description
Ringwood Swimming Club (RSC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Lead Junior Coach to work alongside our Head Coach in leading the club's Junior Stream program.
RSC has a strong focus on developing young swimmers through a structured pathway from development squads through to competitive age-group swimming.
Our Junior Stream is a vital part of this pathway, with a solid emphasis on building exceptional technical skills, race awareness and good training habits.
