Portarlington Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Supervisor to lead our gaming operations and support our hospitality team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced gaming professional who enjoys leading a team, building strong relationships with members and guests, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, compliance and venue presentation.
Located on the picturesque Bellarine Peninsula, Portarlington Golf Club is a thriving community club featuring golf, bars, bistro dining, functions, gaming, TAB and Keno.

About the role
As Gaming Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our gaming room, ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance and a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities
Supervising gaming operations and gaming floor activitiesLeading by example to deliver outstanding customer serviceEnsuring compliance with Responsible Gambling requirements and venue policiesCash handling,



payouts and reconciliationsSupervising and supporting bar and lounge operations to ensure exceptional customer service standards across the venue.Supervising TAB and Keno operationsSupporting, coaching and mentoring gaming attendantsMonitoring gaming room presentation, cleanliness and functionalityBuilding strong relationships with members and regular patronsResponding appropriately to customer concerns and service issues
About you
Previous experience in a Victorian gaming venueDemonstrated experience supervising or leading hospitality staffCurrent RSA and RSG certificationStrong knowledge of Victorian gaming regulations and responsible gambling requirementsExperience with gaming payouts, cash handling and reconciliationsExperience with TAB and Keno operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailA professional and approachable leadership styleAvailability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
