Newcastle | Temporary Contract | Immediate Start | Initial 3-Month AssignmentChandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Inventory & Data Project Coordinator to support the Inventory team of a leading resources organisation in Newcastle.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Inventory Analyst, Senior Inventory Analyst or Inventory Coordinator with strong SAP, inventory data and analytical capability to join a busy operational environment.The focus is on finding the right technical and analytical skill set rather than a specific job title.About the RoleReporting to the Inventory Manager, you will provide hands‐on support across inventory analysis, SAP data, reporting, master data and stakeholder coordination.You will be responsible for:Extracting, validating and analysing inventory, consumption, purchasing and exception data from SAPMaintaining regular Power BI and Excel reportingMonitoring inventory and MRP exceptions and driving actions through to closureSupporting inventory reconciliations, data validation and cleansingCoordinating actions across Inventory, Purchasing,



Maintenance and Master DataInvestigating data discrepancies and supporting resolutionProviding ad hoc inventory analysis and reportingSupporting general BAU inventory and materials management activitiesAbout YouWe are looking for someone who can combine inventory knowledge with strong data and analytical skills.You will ideally have:Solid hands‐on SAP inventory or materials management experienceSAP S/4HANA/MMexperience highly regardedExperience in inventory planning, materials management, MRO or supply chainAdvanced Excel capabilityStrong Power BIreporting and data analysis skillsExperience working with inventory, purchasing, consumption or MRP dataStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsThe ability to work independently and follow actions through to completionIndustry ExperienceExperience within mining, resources, MRO, heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance or other asset-intensive environmentswill be highly regarded.Why Apply?
