and financial performanceProvide technical leadership and oversight of service operationsBuild and leverage a strong customer networkMonitor and report on KPIs and business performanceOversee branch operations, safety, and continuous improvementTravel: Approx.
1 week per month in South Australia and regional areasAbout youProven people leadership experience (multi-site preferred)Established customer network in heavy equipment / construction / forestry / quarryingStrong sales and business development capabilitySound mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge of heavy machineryExperience managing budgets, P&L;, and operational performanceConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeThe following qualifications are desirable but not essential:What's in it for you?
