You'll be an experienced leader performing within a health, community or aged care environment.
You'll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.You'll bring to the role:Ability to provide leadership, coaching and support to your teamExperience coordinating care provision within a large teamConfidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing prioritiesQualifications in a health, community service or other relevant discipline or equivalent community sector experienceWe encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
