The Role:Be our Store Manager superstar for The Cairns Store + LEGO/Kaboom concepts at Cairns Airport.As a Multi-Site Store Manager at Cairns Airport, you'll lead multiple stores and teams, creating an aligned, high-performance culture and delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers.
No two days will be the same – and you'll thrive in the variety and challenge that airport retail offers.What You'll Do:Be a customer experience champion – leading by exampleCoach, mentor & grow your teams to be their bestManage store operations & performance with accountabilityDrive sales through strong leadership & goal settingBuild a positive, respectful team cultureCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth daily operationsEnsure all visual and presentation standards are on pointWhat We're Looking For:Experience managing multiple retail sites or a high-volume flagship storeAbility to juggle operations, people leadership, and performance goalsStrong communication and the skill to inspire and coach diverse teamsA polished, professional presence and positive attitudeProven ability to inspire,
