If you're organised, decisive and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for:Planning loads, routes and driver schedulesAllocating jobs efficiently across the fleetMaximising fleet utilisation and minimising empty runningMonitoring daily operations and responding to changes or disruptionsMaintaining accurate job, driver and system informationCommunicating effectively with drivers, customers and the broader operations teamEnsuring planning activities comply with fatigue management and safety requirementsAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will ideally have:Previous transport planning,



scheduling or allocation experienceStrong knowledge of the transport and logistics industryExcellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skillsThe confidence to make sound decisions under pressureStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesGood computer and transport management system skillsExperience with Ignition or Translogix will be highly regardedWorking knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and compliance requirements is essentialBasic Fatigue Management accreditation, or a willingness to obtain it—training can be providedWhat Success Looks Like100% of jobs allocated95%+ fleet utilisation targetA strong focus on reducing empty running wherever possibleAccurate planning, proactive communication and smooth daily operationsReady to Make an Impact?
