This is very much a hands‐on leadership role.You'll be working alongside your team while also making sure jobs run efficiently,



standards are maintained and clients receive the level of service they expect.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and motivating a small garden maintenance crewOrganising the day and keeping your team on trackMaintaining high‐end residential gardensPruning, hedging and detailed plant careMowing, edging and presentation workPlanting, mulching and seasonal garden maintenanceWeed and pest managementMonitoring plant health and identifying maintenance requirementsEnsuring each property is presented to a consistently high standardCommunicating professionally with clients when requiredTraining and mentoring less experienced team membersMaintaining safe and efficient work practicesRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou might already be running a garden maintenance crew, or you could be an experienced gardener who has naturally become the person others turn to and is ready to officially step into leadership.Either way, you'll need strong practical garden maintenance skills and the confidence to take responsibility for both people and outcomes.
