We're looking for experienced professionals who can bring structure to complexity, influence at all levels, and ensure change doesn't just land it sticks.The Senior Change Manager will lead change enablement for a major commercial transformation,



driving adoption across complex retail and operational environments to deliver tangible business outcomes and embed a unified operating model.Responsibilities & RequirementsLead change strategy and delivery for the Retail transformation program and assigned initiativesPartner with business and technology stakeholders to align on change impacts and prioritiesConduct change impact and readiness assessments and translate these into practical, role-based actionsTranslate process and system changes into explicit, simple and user-friendly guidance (e.g. QRGs, job aids)Design and deliver targeted engagement, communication and training aligned to frontline and operational needsDrive adoption across corporate (including SSO), operational and frontline retail teamsEquip and support leaders (e.g. store and operational leaders) to reinforce and embed changeAlign change activities to operational delivery to minimise disruption to business and customer experienceMonitor and report on readiness, adoption and stakeholder sentiment to project leadershipIdentify and mitigate change risks, resistance and adoption barriersSupport transition to BAU, including post-go-live support and stabilisationQualificationsProven experience delivering change across medium–large business or tech transformationsExperience working in hybrid environments (Agile & Waterfall)Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to track and align change activitiesStrong experience in complex organisations with frontline, operational, and corporate stakeholdersSkilled in change impact & readiness assessments and driving adoptionExperience partnering with program, project, and technical teams across multiple streamsRelevant tertiary qualification (business, psychology, communications, or similar)Formal change certification (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent)Experience in retail, operations, infrastructure, or large enterprise transformationsExposure to phased rollouts and post-implementation supportAdditional InformationWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and encourage and support diversity in our traditional and non-traditional roles.Please note: This role is being sourced through Viva Energy Australia, therefore we will not be accepting applications via external recruitment agencies.Job Location
