As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out.This role will also include shifts at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, providing variety and exposure across two of The Sebel Canberra's properties.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processesHandle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionallyProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions,
