This is a busy office-based role in Thirroul, close to the beach with on-site parking, and candidates who live locally are encouraged to apply!
Some of your responsibilities will include:Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to booking inquiriesOrganising jobs for technicians across Sydney, Wollongong, Southern Highlands,
Central Coast, and CanberraProviding a high level of customer service to all clients and property managersWriting up quotes based on client needsManaging schedules and ensuring timely service deliverySupporting the wider team during busy periods or sick leave and annual leaveAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Experience in a similar administration-based role, and experience scheduling trades would be ideal!
Knowledge of pest management (ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided)Strong customer service skills and excellent time management abilitiesProficient computer skills, including experience with systems such as Xero and Fergus, would be desirableA flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
