This position is full time and will be based in Sunshine West, Victoria.ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect all deliveries (external and internal)Identify, label & store incoming stockTo recognise and quarantine non-conforming product and report non-conformances detected as per written proceduresBe responsible for the warehouse inventoryBe responsible for stock control & stock takesHandle and pack product so as to avoid damage and deterioration during storage,



kitting and shippingMaintain correct stock quantities in the computer systemTo manage the RMA system for customer returned productsPick kits for Assembly of componentsMaintain system records as requiredInvoicing goods soldArrange transport and transport documentationMay be required to make some local delivers in company utility with a trailerNotify the State Manager of any discrepancies between the goods packed and the picking slipEnsures goods prepared for dispatch are in line with customer requirementsMaintain consignment note filesAssist the State Manager and Supply Chain Manager in the purchasing of material for productionWhat you'll need to succeedBe fit, energetic, a team player and have a can do positive attitudeAt least 2 years' experience as a store personMust hold a current driver's licenseMust hold a current forklift licenceMust be confident in using basic computer systems including the Microsoft Office suiteAbout youCommitment to working 5 days a week – reliability is essentialPrevious warehouse or pick packing experience is ideal, but if you're eager to work, we'll welcome you and train youGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPhysically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the dayBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
