Mowing & Gardening Team Leader/Team MemberAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small crew (2–3 team members) and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality mowing and gardening services to residential, commercial, and body corporate clients.
You will manage the day-to-day maintenance of client properties, uphold our quality standards, and operate with a high level of autonomy.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.The Team Member role supports the day-to-day tasking as scheduled undertaking general maintenance tasks, grounds care.
