YOUR ROLE
Reporting to an industry-leading Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice to high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders, strata managers, property owners, and developers) including:
Drafting/advising on strata law issues (eg by-laws, strata property development, building defects,strata/community/buildingmanagement agreements, leases, licences);
Disputeresolution/litigation(relating to strata/by-laws issues, building defects, levy debt collection and insolvency) including appearances at specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attendingmediations/hearings.
Flexibility to tailor-make the role to weigh more heavily on either transactions or litigation (subject to yourexperience/interest).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Admission as a Lawyer in Australia with a current practising certificate in NSW (or eligible).
Are EITHER a transactional PROPERTY AND/OR LITIGATION solicitor[property/strata/commercial/constructiondisputes] with 2-20+years' experience (minimum 1 year post-admission).
(Essential) have had some experience withstrata law and/or acted for strata industry clients;
Preferably experience in NCAT disputes, Supreme Court /tribunal litigation;
Have strong legal drafting, negotiation, mediation/advocacy skills and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment;
have a genuine keen interest in strata/community title law and looking to specialize/deepen your experience in this exciting fast-growing area of law working with the best of the best industry leaders.
