With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we aim to provide an unforgettable dining experience.Role & Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.Manage food prep and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Work efficiently within a team to meet service demands during peak times.Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and innovate new menu items.Oversee stock control, ensuring kitchen supplies are well-maintained and ordered in a timely manner.Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness,



in line with health and safety regulations.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a qualified chef in a busy kitchen workplace.Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
