Applications Close: 30/09/2026Position No: RSPS-WFA-BMWWork Type: Permanent - Full Time, CasualLocation: Perth MetropolitanRCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool on a Permanent or Casual Full-time basis.You'll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment.We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Permanent positions on offer with full-time hours.What We're Looking ForLive local to the Perth metro areaTrade qualified Boilermaker (or experienced Welder)Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test (preferred in case of need)Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skillsExperience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processesHigh Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (preferred but not essential)Good understanding of weld preps and proceduresCan read drawings and work to fine tolerancesReliable, safety-focused,
