trades and contractorsConduct property inspections and coordinate repairsSupport new property onboarding and property requirementsMaintain accurate property, booking and operational recordsAssist with reporting and broader property operationsWhat we're looking forExperience in Property Management, Real Estate, Short-Term Accommodation or Holiday RentalsStrong organisation, communication and time management skillsConfidence working with owners, guests, contractors and competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approachStrong systems and technology capabilityAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamCurrent driver's licence and ability to attend properties as requiredExperience with Guesty, Breezeway, HostAI, Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO will be highly regarded.Why Welcome Ready?
