Blue Choice Support is seeking a Transport & Community Access NDIS Support Worker in the Greater Sydney Area.
This full‐time, on‐site role focuses on providing safe, reliable transport to appointments, work, education, and social activities, fostering independence and community inclusion.
Daily duties include trip planning, accompanying participants on outings, mobility support, and explicit communication with participants, families, and stakeholders.
