Country Road Group is seeking Multiple Zone Supervisors for their Omni Fulfillment Centre on day shift.
You will oversee daily operations within your assigned zone, ensuring tasks align with SLAs, budgets, KPIs and WHS standards.
The role includes frontline leadership, driving productivity, coaching, and supporting the Zone Manager with recruitment and training.
You will lead on-the-floor supervision, provide transparent direction, and implement continuous improvements while modelling a strong safety
