This is a senior role combining business development, technical security expertise, project management and field team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of work, accurately scoping and quoting projects, and ensuring jobs are delivered by technicians to the agreed scope, budget and timeframe.Key responsibilitiesBuild and manage a solid pipeline of new security opportunitiesDevelop relationships with builders, developers, commercial clients and existing customersConduct site inspections and develop technical solutionsPrepare and manage quotations for projects up to $200,000Convert opportunities into profitable projectsManage projects from quotation through to completionLead and manage Queensland technicians and subcontractorsEnsure works are completed in accordance with the approved scope and quotationMonitor project profitability, labour,
