you will work closely with a small team to manage a large portfolio of clients across permanent and temporary recruitment.Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collect recruitment briefs from the Recruitment Manager and clientsResource a high quality of candidates across an array of permanent and temporary positionsSubmit and discuss shortlisted candidates with clientsWrite job adverts, conduct phone, MS Teams and face to face interviewsCoordinate interviews, references and background checksVisit the offices of new and existing clients with the Recruitment ManagerNegotiate and influence salary expectations and offers to candidatesAssist with filling short term temporary rolesOptimise alternative recruitment strategies eg.
Headhunt through Seek, LinkedIn and our referral programAssist with the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transitionAdminister the recruitment system (JobAdder)Provide recruitment support to the wider recruitment teamWhat you need to succeed?
We will consider candidates with recruitment/agency/internal/HR experience - but it is all about your personality and drive!
Qualifications in HR/Business/Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded but not essentialExperience managing end to end recruitment (desirable but not essential)Ability to multitask and prioritise workloadsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA skilled and honest approach whilst maintaining integrity and confidentialityCome join our close knit and energetic team who work hard but also have a lot of fun and laughs along the way.Interviews will be held immediatly
