About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards.Key responsibilities include:
Performing vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently and accuratelyDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faultsConducting warranty and customer-pay repairsCompleting repair orders and workshop documentation accuratelyCarrying out vehicle inspections and reporting additional work requiredWorking collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow techniciansMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environmentEnsuring all work is completed to Ford manufacturer standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:




Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience as an Automotive TechnicianDiagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environmentA positive attitude and strong team focusCurrent manual driver's licence preferredFord experience highly regarded but not essential
