Intune MDM/MAM SpecialistContract | AdelaideWe are seeking an experienced Intune MDM/MAM Specialist to lead the technical implementation of an enterprise mobile and endpoint management solution.This is a hands‐on technical role with a robust focus on Microsoft Intune, mobile device management and Apple platforms.
You will be responsible for the technical design, configuration, testing and implementation of the solution, working alongside an administrative team responsible for the physical deployment of devices.About the roleYou will lead the technical aspects of an Intune implementation across a diverse device environment, with a particular focus on iOS, Android and macOS.Your responsibilities will include:Designing, configuring and administering Microsoft Intune within a complex/shared tenancy environmentImplementing and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutionsConfiguring and managing Intune across iOS, Android and macOSDeveloping device configuration profiles and compliance policiesConfiguring and supporting Conditional Access and related security controlsDeveloping testing, pilot and phased deployment strategiesManaging application deployment and corporate application cataloguesPublishing and managing applications across enrolled devicesSupporting integrations with Apple Business ManagerConfiguring and managing Android Enterprise and related mobile management capabilitiesTroubleshooting deployment, enrolment, policy and application issuesProviding technical leadership throughout implementation and rolloutWorking closely with internal stakeholders and the team responsible for physical device deploymentExperience managing Windows devices through Intune is advantageous,



but the primary focus of this engagement is mobile and macOS platforms.Knowledge transfer and handoverA key objective of the engagement is to establish sustainable internal capability.You will therefore be expected to:Produce comprehensive technical documentationDevelop operational procedures and support guidanceConduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teamsProvide structured technical handover to the Asset/Support teamDocument configuration, processes and troubleshooting approachesHelp establish repeatable operational practices for ongoing Intune managementAbout youYou will be a hands‐on Intune specialist who can take ownership of the technical implementation rather than simply providing operational support.You will ideally have:Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft IntuneProven experience implementing MDM and/or MAM solutionsStrong experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android and macOS devicesExperience developing Intune configuration profiles and compliance policiesExperience with Conditional AccessExperience with application deployment and management through IntuneExperience with Apple Business ManagerExperience with Android Enterprise / Managed Google PlayExperience working in complex enterprise or shared-tenancy environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem‐solving capabilityExcellent technical documentation and communication skillsExperience leading technical implementations, migrations or rolloutsExperience with Windows endpoint management through Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf or other UEM/MDM platforms will be viewed favourably.Why apply?
