You'll lead a chapter of engineers, providing technical direction, coaching and governance to support secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
Working closely with architecture, platform and delivery teams, you'll help shape engineering standards, modernise platforms and enable reliable technology outcomes that support customers and the business.What You'll DoLead the development of engineering capability across integration, API and platform disciplines.Establish and govern engineering standards, delivery practices and technical controls.Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen technical skills and growth opportunities.Guide technology decisions across integration platforms and enterprise services.Promote modern engineering practices including automation,
