Service Technician — Robotic Mowers & Outdoor Power Equipment.You'll work alongside our lead technician, diagnosing and repairing robotic mowers and battery-powered outdoor power equipment.No robotics experience is required.
Around 90% of your training happens in-house, delivered by technicians who have been doing this for years.
What we can't teach is attitude, so that's what we're actually screening for.Our service division runs on dedicated management software, and we want you to become the one who owns it — making sure every job, part and customer record goes through it properly.
That responsibility is yours to grow into.Key responsibilitiesDiagnosing faults using manufacturer diagnostic softwareDiagnosing faults without software — multimeter, wiring diagrams, first principlesDisassembly, repair and reassembly of robotic mowers and OPEPhone and email technical support for customers across AustraliaRecording all work through electronic job cardsManaging spare parts stockAttending customer sites with our field installation and service teamAssisting the sales team and looking after walk-in customers in the showroomProcessing online orders,
