With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.ABOUT THE ROLEAn opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Perth Office, WA, on a 12 month Full Time contract, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required.
This role is responsible for supporting Sonic HealthPlus in meeting its objectives and plans through the provision of a high level accounts payable service.
This is achieved through processing and certifying accounts and debt management.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is required to assist with ensuring correctness and compliance with accounting procedures and policies.DUTIESThe core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:Creditor and Doctor liaison and enquiriesMaintaining and building relationships with our internal and external customersProcess employee and relative operational expense claimsProcessing of accounts payable using Dynamics AXProcessing of Doctor Disbursements using AccessManaging and maintaining a computerised accounts payable systemCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will have the ability to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands and enjoy working as part of a team.
