As the Quality Systems Coordinator at our Wulkuraka site, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our quality and food safety systems.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for the custodianship, implementation and continuous improvement of our quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and third-party standards.You'll take ownership of key programs including HACCP, document control, corrective and preventative actions, quality compliance training and audit management.
Working closely with production, quality and cross-functional teams, you'll help embed best practice, support audit readiness and build a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Coordinate and maintain quality and food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, PRPs, GFSI standards and customer standards.Manage document control processes and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityCoordinate corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and support risk assessments across the siteSupport and facilitate internal and external audits, driving gap analysis and closure of actionsCoordinate HACCP programs and support food safety risk management activitiesDeliver quality and food safety training across the sitePartner with production and operational teams to embed quality standards and support daily complianceSupport continuous improvement and change initiatives that enhance quality system performancePromote safe work practices and contribute to a culture of environmental,



health and safety complianceAbout YouYou're an experienced Quality professional who brings confidence, structure and influence to a manufacturing environment.
You enjoy working across teams, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement through practical, effective quality systems.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety and quality management systems within FMCG or manufacturingExperience managing document control, compliance systems and audit programsUnderstanding of GFSI-recognised standards such as SQF, BRC or FSSC *****Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesThe ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to build a solid culture of qualityA proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvementTertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or a related disciplineExperience or qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies will be highly regardedAt Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
