As the Gym Manager, you'll lead a passionate team and inspire our members to achieve their best.What You'll Be DoingManage the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 + Functional Group Training fitness clubSales & GrowthLead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion.Drive membership growth and retention.Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers and staffMaintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness,



and complianceDeliver and lead functional group training sessions where requiredEnsure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focusedWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales ManagerStrong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer serviceConfident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floorAbility to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekendsStrong customer service, communication, and administrative skillsSelf-motivation with a passion for health and fitnessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)Current CPR/First Aid certificationPrior experience in a 24-hour gym is a plus, but not requiredWhat's On OfferAttractive remuneration packagePerformance-based incentive structureAutonomy with supportYou will be trusted to run the club day-to-day, with structure and backing from head office.Career progression opportunities within a growing fitness brand
