Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Accountant / Supervisor / ManagerClifton Hall is a South Australian Chartered Accounting firm specialising in turnaround management, corporate restructuring, corporate and personal insolvency, and forensic accounting and advisory.We're looking for an experienced accountant to join our team and take on a hands‐on role managing insolvency and restructuring engagements.The RoleAs a senior accountant in our insolvency team, you'll take ownership of matters under the guidance of partners and/or senior staff, including:Managing the day‐to‐day administration of corporate insolvency appointments (voluntary administrations, liquidations, restructuring, receiverships)Handling personal insolvency matters (bankruptcies, personal insolvency agreements)Conducting financial investigations and analysis, including reviewing company records, bank statements, and trading performancePreparing reports for creditors, courts, and regulatorsLiaising directly with directors, creditors, employees, lawyers, and other stakeholdersOverseeing statutory compliance and lodgements with ASIC and AFSAIdentifying and progressing recovery actionsOverseeing staff and workflowAbout You3 - 8 years of accounting experienceA degree in Accounting, Commerce,



or a related disciplineCA/CPA Qualified (or working towards qualification)Solid financial analysis and investigative skills, with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesA proactive, problem‐solving mindsetInsolvency experience is not required but highly regarded.
